Shipping policy

We endevour to ship the same day an order is received.
If this is not possible for orders received late in the day then we ship the next morning.
You will receive a confirmation of shipping by email or SMS.
We at times may contact you to confirm shipping. If you have chosen a postal shipping method and we find we can send it by tracked courier for the same cost we will do so for delivery safety reasons unless you request otherwise.
We are reliant on the third party delivery services we use to deliver promptly and have no control over delivery once an item leaves our store. If you are concerned that a parcel has not arrived please contact us on cherrypie1@xtra.co.nz and we will look into it for you.
